I've been having a frustrating issue with Outlook PWA. As both a user and the system administrator, I've noticed that when I touch an email on my touchscreen computer, it occasionally gets deleted. This doesn't seem right since touching an email should behave similarly to clicking with a mouse. I've checked for any rules or settings that might cause this, but I haven't found anything useful. I can restore the deleted emails from the deleted items folder, but it's really annoying to deal with this.

If that doesn’t solve the issue, try resetting your account as per Microsoft's instructions. Your messages should re-sync from online storage. Also, check for any suspicious rules in your Outlook account that might be auto-deleting your emails.
It sounds like your touch might be interpreted as a small swipe. In many systems, a swipe action can trigger a delete function. Check if there's a swipe action set up by going to Settings > Mail > Swipe actions in Outlook PWA.
That's a good point! I checked my settings, and it turns out 'Swipe Left' was set to delete by default. So changing that fixed my issue!

Thanks for the advice! I’ll check the settings and try resetting if swiping doesn’t fix the problem.
