I recently installed a new motherboard, and since then, my 1080 Ti Seahawk has started making a strange noise. The temperatures are fluctuating between 60-85°C. Sometimes the noise quiets down, but at other times it gets louder. What could be causing this?

If the noise resembles a fan but stops when you touch your external fan, it may not be that fan. It could be the pump making noise, possibly due to air in the system. Have you checked the pump's operation?
It sounds like you're dealing with a noise issue, but we need more info to help. What kind of noise is it? Is it more like fan noise, or could it be coming from the pump? Also, are those temps under load or while idling?
