So, I just reinstalled Windows on my computer because it was acting up, and now my 2TB SSD is only showing as 1.8TB. I'm using Windows 11 and it's a Samsung SSD. Plus, there seems to be a random 100MB disk that I can't figure out. Any ideas on what's happening?

It’s common for people to notice a difference between what manufacturers advertise for storage and what Windows displays. Manufacturers usually quote sizes in terabytes (TB) while Windows shows them in tebibytes (TiB), which are different. For instance, your drive might actually be 1.81 TiB, which is about right for a 2TB drive. So don’t worry too much about it, that's just how the math works out!
I get that, but I swear it showed 2TB before. Are you sure it hasn't changed?
