I'm currently using an Intel i5-14400F paired with an RTX 3060 Ti and 32GB of DDR4 RAM in a single channel configuration. Despite having everything set to low settings and a low resolution, my FPS in CS2 never goes above ~200. I'm curious if there's something I can do to improve this performance. Any suggestions?

Your CPU choice isn't optimal for CS2, but the real bottleneck seems to be your RAM. Single-channel RAM can definitely hold back performance, especially in a game that's CPU-intensive. Switching to dual-channel RAM could lead to a serious boost in your FPS.
First off, what's your definition of 'low' resolution? Are you talking like 1080p, or even lower like 720p? Knowing that could help pinpoint the issue. Also, have you checked out what benchmarks suggest you should be getting with your setup?
You mentioned you're running single stick DDR4 at 3600MHz CL18, which is decent, but dual-channel memory is a game changer for CPU-heavy titles like CS2. You're likely seeing around 200 FPS because of that single channel setup. It's worth considering upgrading to dual-channel to see if that helps.
