I just bought a pair of HyperX Alphas, and I've noticed that the left ear cup seems slightly louder than the right one. I've tried adjusting the sound settings in Windows, and it helps a bit if I raise the volume on the right ear, but I'm unsure if I should be worried about this issue. Should I consider returning the headphones, or is there a way to fix it?

Make sure there's nothing blocking your right ear. If you’re still having trouble, try out another pair of headphones. But if your earbuds sound fine in the same port, it might just be a connection issue with the HyperX Alphas.
If your settings on Windows and your programs are correct, I'd recommend returning them while you still can. Issues like this are what warranties are for!
Check to make sure all the plugs are properly connected. Sometimes a loose connection can cause this kind of issue. If they are connected fully and the problem persists, you might want to consider exchanging them. To be on the safe side, try another pair of headphones to rule out any problems with your PC or software.
