I woke up today to find my computer running extremely slow, even though it was working perfectly yesterday. My startup apps take 2-3 minutes to load, YouTube videos lag like a presentation, and games like CS2 are only running at around 10 fps despite low ping. I've already tried a Windows memory diagnostic and an Intel processor diagnostic, both of which came back fine. I've updated all my drivers, including for my Gigabyte motherboard and GeForce graphics card, and attempted a power cycle, but nothing seems to help. It's been 4 hours of troubleshooting. Here are my specs: 13th Gen Intel Core i5-13600k, Z790 AERO G motherboard, 32 GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM, and 4080 ROG Strix GPU, plus a 1 TB Samsung SSD 980 Pro. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You could try running OpenHW Monitor to check the temperatures of your GPU and CPU. Sometimes overheating can cause performance drops like what you're describing.
Have you checked if there were any recent updates installed? Sometimes they can cause performance issues. It might be worth rolling back any updates if that’s the case.
Its still not working, I’m gonna go to sleep.
I will do that when I get back home.
