I've noticed that my RAM usage is really high—around 90%—even though I don't have many programs open. According to the task manager, my user is consuming 5 GB of RAM, but I have a total of 16 GB available. Does anyone know where the other 11 GB is going? What should I do to address this issue?

Have you checked what processes are consuming your RAM? It can be confusing because the way RAM usage is reported can vary. If you have any screenshots, that could help. Also, sometimes background processes can take up a lot of memory without you realizing it.
One of the first things I'd recommend is disabling unnecessary startup processes. Windows 11 comes with quite a few services running in the background that may not be needed. Just make sure you're aware of what you're disabling so you don't impact system functionality.
It might help to show us the resource monitor to see how much RAM you actually have installed. That can provide some clarity on what's happening.
