Why isn’t my 12400F posting with new RAM?

I've upgraded my RAM from 2x8GB Fury Beast 3200MT CL16 to 2x16GB 3600MT CL16, but my Intel 12400F isn't posting. I know the official max RAM speed for the 12400 is 3200MT, but I've seen reports that it can handle faster speeds. Is there anything I can do to make this work, or am I stuck? For reference, I'm using an MSI MAG Mortar Max B660M motherboard.

Have you checked if XMP is enabled? If you can't access the BIOS, you might need to put the old RAM back in to change settings.

Can you set your RAM speed manually to 3200MT? Also, it’s a good idea to check the memory compatibility list on your motherboard's website, even though those lists can sometimes be outdated.

I can't even get into BIOS to make any changes.
