Hey everyone! I recently installed a 12700K CPU with a 3070 TI GPU. Everything was running smoothly until I undervolted my GPU. After doing so, my PC completely shut off and now it won't boot up at all, although it works fine without the GPU installed. I'm looking for some advice to help me troubleshoot this issue!

If your PC isn't powering on at all with the GPU installed, it might be a power issue like a short circuit. The PSU could be protecting itself by not turning on. Double-check all power connections, especially to the GPU. Look out for any bent or damaged pins and make sure the cables are firmly connected to both the PSU and your GPU. Maybe try a different power connector too.
Have you tried resetting the BIOS by clearing the CMOS? Also, what method did you use for the undervolt? When you say it won't boot, do you see anything on the monitor or is it completely dead?
I undervolted using MSI Afterburner and set it to 1800. There’s absolutely no power; the fans don’t spin and the screen stays off when I press the power button. It only works when I remove the GPU.
I set the memory to +1000 and the clock to -200. I adjusted the graph to 800 @ 1800. I’ve tried clearing the CMOS but it hasn’t helped.

Got it! I'll go over the connections again and see if I can spot any issues.
