In 2015, I built my first PC with a Thermaltake Smart 750W Bronze power supply. It was an i5 paired with a 1070, and everything ran smoothly. In 2019, I upgraded to a 9700K and a 2080 Ti, and later switched to a 3080. Now, I'm moving to a 9800X3D while keeping the 3080. Do you think my 2015 power supply can still support this new CPU and GPU combo?

I faced a similar scenario, and I chose to buy a new power supply along with an upgraded UPS. My Thermaltake was still functioning well, but it was out of warranty, so I opted for the safety of a new one. Better to be safe than sorry!
It might still work, but most techies would probably advise that it's time for an upgrade regardless. Running high-end components on aging hardware isn't the best idea.
For about $90, you can get a Montech CENTURY II 850W power supply, which is a solid deal to ensure your new build runs without issues. Your current power supply might work, but honestly, I wouldn't take that chance. You've definitely gotten your money’s worth out of it after all these years. Time to invest in something newer and higher quality!
