I recently purchased a domain through Wix but I'm now considering switching to Porkbun. I know I can transfer the domain after 60 days, but I've heard that this might disrupt my website if I do it. Additionally, I was under the impression that I needed a premium plan with Wix to use my domain, and I'm guessing that might be similar with Porkbun too. However, I think I got a discount on the premium plan because I bought my domain through Wix. I'm new to all this, and I'm struggling to find clear answers online.

From what I remember, you'll need a premium plan with Wix to fully utilize your domain, regardless of where you purchased it. If the domain is already with Wix, you might want to just stick with it and upgrade to premium for easier management. That could save you some headaches!
