I've recently switched to a 4G broadband connection and it's working perfectly on most of my devices. However, I'm running into a problem with my TCL TV; YouTube refuses to connect while it's fine on my Samsung TV. Both TVs are on the same network, yet the TCL just doesn't seem to get a connection for YouTube, even though Netflix and Amazon Prime work without any issues. Interestingly, YouTube does work when I hotspot from my phone. Is there any way to resolve this issue?

It sounds like there could be compatibility issues with your TCL TV and the 5GHz frequency. Some TVs just don’t support it. You might want to try switching to the 2.4GHz network instead, as that sometimes resolves connectivity issues with certain apps.
Yeah, it seems to work fine on all apps except YouTube on yours, which is odd.
Have you thought about rebooting your modem or router, or even uninstalling and reinstalling the YouTube app? A factory reset of your TV could also be worth trying. If things still don't work out, you might consider getting a streaming device like a Fire Stick or Roku to bypass the issue altogether.
I've rebooted everything, reinstalled YouTube, and even reset the TV, but nothing seems to fix the problem. Getting a streaming device might be my last resort.

I did try connecting on 2.4GHz, but it still wouldn’t work. Just YouTube is the problem.
