Is fan resonance normal with my RTX 5090 AORUS?

Hey everyone! I have an RTX 5090 AORUS Xtreme Waterforce AIO, and I've noticed something odd. At around 48% fan speed on the radiator (which is mounted on the top), I hear this resonance — like a pulsing sound coming from the fans. Interestingly, when I take off the glass side panel, the noise decreases a lot. Does this kind of fan resonance happen often, or is it a sign of something wrong?

That pulsating sound could be due to airflow issues. It might be struggling to get enough makeup air, especially if you have multiple fans installed. Are they all pulling air in or some pushing out? It could be worth checking the fan orientation to see if that's causing the noise.

I've experienced similar issues before! It’s fairly common for fans to resonate at certain speeds due to vibrations. But if it’s significantly quieter without the side panel, it might indicate your case has airflow restrictions. Just monitor it closely!
