I'm searching for audio solutions that are suitable for video calls via MS Teams, specifically for our public-facing staff who prefer not to wear headsets. They want something like earbuds or over-the-ear solutions that don't give off a call center vibe. I've noticed that some products, like Apple Airpods, lose many features when connected to PCs.
I'm curious if anyone has found any earbuds or alternatives that executives, salespeople, or team members highly recommend. Also, I've heard that using Bluetooth for both audio input and output can lead to issues. What has been your experience with that?

While they might not fit your exact needs, I really enjoy my Shokz OpenRun. From the front, they might be more noticeable than typical earbuds, but they won’t mess up your hairstyle and aren't overly bulky. The sound quality is great, though if you're in a noisy environment, it might struggle a bit with background noise.

I tried those in a store and was really impressed! We're mostly looking for something that can handle home noise, like barking dogs or kids. How does the microphone perform in those situations?
