I'm in the process of building a new PC, and I'm torn between two graphics cards: the RTX 5060 and the RX 9060 XT. I'll mainly be playing games like Fortnite, CS2, and Rainbow Six Siege, with occasional sessions in GTA and Forza. Here are the other key parts of my build: Ryzen 5 7500x3d, 16GB RAM, and a 1TB SSD. Any recommendations on which GPU would be better for my needs?

If you're mostly playing games, the RX 9060 XT is likely the better option overall. It should handle AAA titles really well, especially since it has 16GB of VRAM, which is becoming more necessary these days. Although for CS2, the RTX 5060 might have a slight edge since that game tends to run better on Nvidia cards.
The RX 9060 XT is definitely the way to go. It may lag slightly in CS2 compared to the RTX 5060, but honestly, you'll be getting high frames in any case, so it shouldn't be a big deal. The overall performance in other games will be much better with the 9060 XT.
Honestly, the RTX 5060 should be sufficient for what you want to play. It depends if you're okay with lower settings for future-proofing.
Go with the RX 9060 XT. Not only is it stronger in most scenarios, but you'll also be set for future games that need more VRAM. Plus, it should handle 1440P quite well if you decide to upgrade your monitor down the line.
If you stumble upon a used 4070 at a similar price, that might be worth considering. Otherwise, I’d also suggest the 9060 XT for its 16GB RAM, giving you more room for upcoming titles.

Wait, are you saying the RTX 5060 is better for CS2? I'm shocked! I thought the 9060 XT would be on par or better. That said, I get that some games favor Nvidia's tech.
