I used to rip audio CDs regularly on Windows, but I'm now using Ubuntu on a laptop from around 2012 and need to start ripping again. There are plenty of Linux ripping tools available, but I'd prefer one that can automatically create an album directory and save the ripped tracks inside it instead of making me organize everything manually. What software would you recommend?
