Has anyone else been encountering audio problems with Lenovo X1 Carbon Gen 13 devices, particularly while using Microsoft Teams? I'm curious if this is a common issue.

Yep, especially with Anker speakers, I've seen a lot of issues. Devices just don't seem to play nice with them under Windows 11.

For sure! I've noticed that the Realtek driver updates sometimes mess with audio device settings in Teams. Users often find their audio inputs and outputs switched around unexpectedly. This used to be a bigger issue a while back, but it has popped up again recently. I've been trying to help users learn how to fix it themselves with mixed success.

Totally! I've seen the same thing with the T and L series where the volume just cuts out or drops really low. It's been pretty random, and we've been suspecting the Dolby settings might be to blame, but no solid answers yet.

Did you mean 'gamut'? That might be the issue!

Not specifically with the laptops, but I did have problems with the M75Q Tiny models. The wrong audio driver tends to get installed. There's even a popular video on it if anyone's interested.
