I'm building my first PC and would love some help checking over my build for any major mistakes. I'm also open to any recommendations for better value or more reliable options for the parts I've chosen. The only components I'm fixed on are the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU and the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti GPU (brand isn't a big deal for me). Here's what I currently have:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 4.7 GHz 8-Core Processor
- CPU Cooler: ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 77 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B850 GAMING X WIFI6E ATX AM5 Motherboard
- RAM: Crucial Pro Overclocking 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 Memory
- SSD: SanDisk WD Blue SN5100 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
- GPU: Asus PRIME GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB Video Card
- Case: NZXT H7 Flow (2024) ATX Mid Tower Case
- PSU: be quiet! Pure Power 13 M 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
Any feedback would be great!

I would change the SSD, as the SanDisk WD Blue SN5100 isn't the best choice with its QLC NAND flash. Consider something with TLC NAND like the WD SN850X or SN770. There are plenty of other solid options out there too!
Your build looks solid overall! I didn't notice any major issues, but I suggest checking out this alternative list for some ideas: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zTR9fd. You might find better options there for certain parts.
Thanks for the tip! I was really struggling with selecting the SSD, so I appreciate the input!
That alternative is a sweet deal on a T705, definitely check it out!

I was considering the SN5100 for its speed but saw that it’s QLC. I’ll definitely look into the SN850X and others you mentioned.
