Hey everyone, I created an AWS account a while back but haven't used it in ages. Now I'm getting monthly bills, but when I try to log in as the root user, it says the account doesn't exist. I'm caught in a frustrating loop because AWS support wants me to log in to discuss the charges, but I can't do that due to security issues. Is there any way I can communicate with support, show proof of identity, and sort out this account or stop the charges on my card?
