Help! I Completely Messed Up My Computer Trying to Debloat Windows 10

I really messed up my computer while trying to debloat Windows 10. I ended up selecting everything in this debloating tool and just hit run without really knowing what I was doing. Now, my PC is a disaster. I only have one monitor working and the CPU is stuck at 100% even when I try to run ROBLOX on the lowest settings. I've tried using the Tweaking.com repair tool, but nothing's working. I even reinstalled the OS multiple times, switching between Windows 10 and Windows 11, but it hasn't fixed anything. Is there a way to completely reset my PC, not just the operating system, so it's like brand new? I can't find where the debloating software messed with my settings. I used Chris Titus Tech's Utility Script to debloat Windows, which I got through PowerShell. I also followed a YouTube video to add the Ultimate Performance Power Plan command. I know I made a mistake and I'm looking for someone who can help fix this issue.

Reinstalling Windows is a solid solution, just don't run any system-altering software unless you're completely sure what it does. For a clean slate, you can use a USB stick to boot into recovery and choose to format the drive during the installation. That should help clear out all the remnants of the debloating tool and other settings forcing your PC to underperform.

Thanks, I will try formatting the drive. I really hope it works because I'm ready to throw my computer out the window!

It sounds like you really went all out on that debloating. The best way out of this situation is to do a clean install of Windows, but make sure you back up your data first! For your issue, using the Windows installation media, you can delete all the partitions on your drive and start from scratch. Just remember, this will wipe everything out, so back up anything important before you do it!

I’ve tried reinstalling Windows multiple times, but it’s still not working. What’s the best way to format the drive before reinstalling?
