Help! I Lost My Art/Writing Project in ChatGPT – How Do I Recover It?

I've been using ChatGPT to keep track of my art and writing project, basically creating a detailed overview with entries for characters, objects, and more. Everything was going fine until I updated my Project Bible in Canva, adding three new entries. Now, I'm devastated because only those three entries are showing up in Canva, and the rest seem to be completely gone. I've been trying to restore and download my entire chat log, but ChatGPT assures me that the chat history is all that's available, even though it looks incomplete. I'm really upset because recreating 100 unique entries with images and descriptions feels impossible. Is there any way to recover what I've lost, or at least figure out what happened? I subscribe to ChatGPT Plus, if that helps.

Hey! Sorry to hear about your situation. It sounds really frustrating. If you're logged into ChatGPT, try checking your chat history directly there. Sometimes those past conversations might still be retrievable, even if Canva isn't showing them. I know it might not be a perfect fix, but it's worth a shot!

I've tried that, and it seems like it's not showing anything helpful. I guess I'll just have to keep digging and see if I can scrape together any bits I remember.

I totally get that; it’s a tough situation. Let’s hope you can find something in your archives!
