I've been struggling with my Beats Solo 3 Wireless headphones for years. They were a gift from my brother, but I've had constant trouble with the Bluetooth connection. Initially, I thought it was because of my old phone, so I switched to using a wired connection, but that broke. Now I have a new phone and I'm still facing the same disconnection problems. It happens on other people's phones too, which makes me think the issue is with the headphones themselves.
The main problem is when they disconnect; they won't reconnect at all, just showing a "can't connect" message. Sometimes they appear in pairing mode, but even then, they still won't connect or they'll stop being visible altogether. The only fix I've found is to reset the headphones completely, which is a hassle since I have to do it almost every day. I've tried all the usual fixes: restarting my phone, toggling Bluetooth on and off, and unpairing them multiple times, but nothing works. I'm at my wit's end here. Is there something I'm missing, or is it just user error? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked if there are any firmware updates for your Beats headphones? Sometimes updates can fix connectivity issues. There might also be an app that helps manage these updates more easily. It could totally be worth giving it a shot!
You didn't mention what kind of phone you're using; this can affect how Bluetooth works. It sounds like you've tried a few different phones and still have the same problem, but it might help to check the support articles related to your specific device. There's also a chance it could be a compatibility issue with Bluetooth versions.
My bad for not mentioning it! I've used a Samsung Galaxy S10, a Moto E3, and multiple iPhones – always the same disconnect issue regardless of the phone.

I did look into that, but the app doesn’t indicate any updates are needed. It seems like everything’s up to date.
