Help! My PC Won’t Boot After a BSOD

Hey everyone, I'm in need of some help here. My sister's PC started experiencing BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) issues last Friday and hasn't been able to boot up since then. I've done quite a bit of troubleshooting, but I'm at my wits' end. Here's what I've tried so far: I updated the BIOS using Dell's support site (that went well), wiped the SSD, rearranged the RAM and tested each stick one by one, and even tried booting directly from a Windows-installed flash drive. It lets me select the USB, but then it gives me a blue screen again. I also ran the pre-boot system performance check, and everything passed. The system freezes when attempting auto recovery. Interestingly, when I plug the display cable into the motherboard instead of the GPU, there's no signal. I'm seeing some random errors that pop up too, like PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION WDF_VIOLATION, and KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Any insights would be really appreciated!

When trying to install Windows from a USB, I noticed it consistently freezes at the Windows logo. It seems to happen every time right when my mouse lights up. I even unplugged the keyboard and mouse to see if that made a difference, but no luck. It’s really frustrating!

You should try to get some dump files from the crashes. These can really help analyze the BSODs. If you can boot into Windows normally or via Safe Mode, check the WindowsMinidump folder. If you find any dump files, zip them up and upload them to a file sharing site like mediafire or catbox.moe, as Reddit can sometimes block file hosts. Multiple dump files are best, so if you only have one, make sure to configure your settings to create more. You can check this guide for help on setting that up.

Have you tried booting with a Linux live CD? It might help identify if the problem is hardware-related. You can also run memtest86 to check your RAM. If it doesn't boot, I suspect it might be a motherboard or CPU issue. Just a heads up, I've heard the 2070 super GPU doesn't work very well with Linux.
