I've hit a wall here, and I really need some help. After a gaming session one night, I shut down my PC normally, but the CPU fan and motherboard lights stayed on for about 5-10 minutes. It was making it hard to sleep, so I forced it off. The next morning, I was greeted with a red boot light indicating a CPU failure. It's been over a month since then, and I've tried a bunch of things, including reseating all the cables, booting with one stick of RAM, and even replacing the motherboard and power supply, but nothing has worked. I'm a full-time student, and I've already spent $300 on parts, so I really can't afford to replace the CPU. My setup is a Ryzen 9 3900X, a new TUF b550-PLUS wifi motherboard, 32 GB of DDR4 RAM, a 6700xt graphics card, and a new 750W power supply. Am I out of luck, or is there something else I can try to save my system? Losing my PC means giving up my main hobby for quite a while, and I'm really hoping there's a solution.

It sounds really tough, especially since you've replaced so many components. I have the same CPU, and they've generally been solid, so it's odd for it to just fail like this. It might be that you just got a bad one somehow. Have you tried checking the CPU pins for bending? And make sure your cooler is mounted securely. If it is dead, maybe look for a cheap AM4 chip like a Ryzen 1600 on eBay to get you back in business for now. If you’re in the UK, I could even send you an extra chip I have!
Yeah, it does sound pretty rough. If the CPU is indeed fried, it's a pain since they're not exactly cheap. But look into a used Ryzen 1600 or something similar; they usually go for around $25-$30. That could get you sorted temporarily while you save up for a better solution!
Thanks for the suggestion! I'll keep an eye out for those budget options.

I appreciate the offer! Unfortunately, I'm in the States, but thanks anyway. I've checked the CPU pins and cooler pressure, and everything looks good on that end.
