I recently got a pair of Edifier E30 speakers at a great price, but they didn't come with a remote. I can easily connect them to my TV and phone, but the volume is quite low—I can't seem to turn it up at all. The TV remote doesn't control their volume, and even with my phone at max volume, they're still too quiet. I'm looking for options: is there a remote app I can use? Can I set them up with a universal remote? Any advice would be super helpful!

If neither your TV nor phone can boost the volume, you might need the original Edifier remote. Alternatively, you could look into a universal remote that can recognize their IR codes. Unfortunately, there’s no official app for controlling the E30 series speakers.
You can find replacement remotes for Edifier speakers on Amazon. Also, try using the input select button (it doubles as a volume control by pressing it) to switch through the inputs until you activate Bluetooth—make sure the LED turns blue on your speakers! That might help with the volume issue.
