I accidentally turned off my integrated graphics using Device Manager, and now my screen is completely black. I can only access the BIOS. Is there any way to re-enable the integrated graphics and get back into my system? Here's my hardware setup: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, MSI MAG Tomahawk B650 WiFi motherboard, 16GB DDR5 RAM, and a Gigabyte Nvidia GeForce RTX graphics card.

You might want to try booting into Safe Mode. This can sometimes allow you to access your settings without relying on the integrated graphics. Let me know if you need help with that!
