I've been experiencing echo problems during meetings with my current AV setup, which consists of a Jabra Panacast camera, a Mac Mini connected to a large TV, and a Beyerdynamic Phonum Bluetooth speaker/mic combo. Participants frequently report hearing echoes of both their own voices and others in the room. I'm looking for recommendations on a better mic/speaker setup that could help minimize this issue. Additionally, I've heard that sound dampening techniques might help—any tips on that?

You might want to consider adding wall treatments and corner bass traps as a starting point. These can be pretty affordable and make a noticeable difference in reducing echoes.
I'll definitely keep that in mind for after our deadline. We're planned to get a professional in for a more permanent fix.
