I'm looking for ways to run FL Studio on Linux since my attempts with Wine so far have been quite laggy and the ASIO driver isn't working well for me. I haven't tried using Bottles or Proton yet, but I wonder if anyone has had success with those methods. I primarily use FL Studio and a few VSTs like Serum and Dexed, which are the main reasons I'm still on Windows. I'm considering switching to distributions like Pop!_OS, Kali, or Ubuntu for my home-built desktop, which has an i5-9400F, Nvidia 5060, and 32GB of DDR4 RAM.

I actually launch FL Studio through Steam! It works pretty well for me on Debian. Just install it as a non-Steam game, and then you can set up a virtual environment for it. Just a heads up, you'll need to log in with your credentials since web logins tend not to work with this method.
You might want to check out yabridge, which helps to get your VSTs running on Linux through Wine. I don't personally use FL Studio, but I had some success with a Windows VST called Synthesizer V Studio in Ardour. Of course, results can vary, but it's worth a shot!
