Issues with Burning CDs on Mac: Some Songs Sound Garbled

Hey everyone! I'm having some trouble burning CDs on my Mac with my LG slim DVD burner. I've been using CD-R discs, and while most of the songs turn out fine, a few of them end up sounding garbled. I've tried burning the CDs using iTunes, Finder, and Express Burn NHC, but the same songs keep coming out with issues. The audio files themselves sound good on my computer before I burn them. Any ideas on what's going wrong?

A common reason for garbled sounds is if the source MP3s are encoded with a variable bit rate. Try finding versions of those tracks that are encoded at a fixed bitrate, like 128kbps, and see if that solves the issue.

It might be the discs you’re using. Are those problematic tracks the same ones each time?

Yeah, it’s the same couple of songs that keep having issues. I’ve been using those same MP3 files.
