Looking for Advice on My First Gaming PC Build

I'm putting together my first gaming PC and I'd love some advice! I currently have a 1080p monitor with a 100Hz refresh rate, but I might upgrade in the future, so I'm open to suggestions for the parts. Here's what I've got so far:

- **Motherboard**: GIGABYTE B550M
- **CPU**: Ryzen 5 5600XT
- **GPU**: XFX Swift AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB
- **RAM**: CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4
- **Storage**: Biwin NV3500 1TB SSD NVMe M.2 Type 2280 PCIe Gen3x4
- **PSU**: CORSAIR RM650e

The total cost, including RGB fans and casing, is around $1400. I want to know if there are any bottlenecks or if I've gone overboard with any of these components. I'd really appreciate any recommendations for alternative parts too. Thanks!

I think you meant the Ryzen 5 5600X, right? And what's the speed of your RAM? Your setup looks solid for 1080p at 144Hz and above. Just a heads up, I've not heard of the SSD brand you mentioned, Biwin, so keep that in mind.

Yeah, I think they might have meant 5600XT but just typed it wrong. The RAM speed is probably 3200MHz, which is quite common and generally fine for gaming. Just be cautious about going too low with RAM speed. It could affect performance a bit.

If you're unsure about the CPU model, it’s easy to mix them up. Just wanted to clarify that there’s no such thing as the 5060XT; you’ve got the correct versions like the 5600, 5600X, and 5600XT.

What country are you located in? Prices can vary a lot based on location, which makes it tricky to give advice. Since you're in Singapore, I wouldn’t say that price is outstanding for those parts. In the USA, it would be around $1000 for similar or better parts. You might want to check out this link for a better comparison: [PCPartPicker List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2Ns3FP)

The total I mentioned is from Amazon and doesn't include the monitor upgrade. I'm in Singapore.

Everything looks good! In Singapore, it’s tough to get better prices unless you consider buying used gear. Also, just to clarify, there's no such thing as a 5060XT. You’ve got the 5600, 5600X, and 5600XT options available.

Thanks for pointing that out! I did mean the 5600XT.

Just curious, how much more could I save if I decided to go the used route for the CPU? Think it’s worth it?
