Looking for Remote Support Tools for a Medium-Sized Company

Hey everyone! I work for a medium-sized company and we're on the hunt for a new remote support tool. We've been using Quick Assist, but the recent VPN restrictions have really put a damper on that.

I've been exploring options like GoToAssist, BeyondTrust, and Intune RemoteHelp, but I'm struggling to find information on how well they would handle around a thousand end users and about a hundred connections per week by 20 agents.

I've checked some past posts and found useful insights, but the scenarios there seemed to involve far fewer users.

Could anyone share their experiences, especially if you've worked with a similar number of users? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I’ve been using BeyondTrust (formerly Bomgar) for years, and it’s definitely a top-tier product. Right out of the box, it’s super powerful, but it also has an extensive API if you want to customize it further. I find that it usually pays for itself within a month or two. Just a heads up though, it does come with a hefty price tag!

Thanks! BeyondTrust was actually recommended by a colleague too, but the cost is a concern. If you don’t mind me asking, how much does it end up costing you per year?
