My IEMs Stopped Working – Any Suggestions?

I've been having trouble with my Linsoul KZ ZS10 Pro in-ear monitors for about a month now. The left earbud works just fine, but the right one is barely making any sound at all. I've tried everything I could think of: increasing the volume specifically for the right side, testing them on different devices, and even swapping the cable ends to see if that would help. Unfortunately, nothing has worked, and I missed the return period, so I'm stuck. Buying a new pair isn't an option for me right now. What should I do?

It sounds frustrating! I’d recommend reaching out to the seller directly, especially since you mentioned you bought them on Amazon. Sometimes sellers are willing to help with replacements or refunds even if you’re past the return window. And I found out they actually have a one-year warranty, so you might be able to leverage that to get help. Just drop them an email when you can, it’s worth a shot!

Glad you're trying to get in touch with Linsoul! They tend to be pretty responsive. If you can, make sure to emphasize that the earbud has been malfunctioning. Also, good tip for future purchases: when checking reviews, look at the most recent ones and focus on the verified purchases—it really helps clarify the product's quality!
