I've just arrived in Croatia, and I'm having serious issues with my mobile data connection. My internet provider, BEN, is supposed to offer coverage here according to my subscription, but I haven't been able to connect at all. While the Wi-Fi works fine, I can't seem to get my mobile data to function. I've tried switching airplane mode on and off and toggling data roaming, but nothing seems to work. I've even looked up the correct APN settings, and it still isn't connecting. According to their website, there shouldn't be any maintenance going on. I'm coming from the Netherlands, so if anyone has any ideas or solutions, I would really appreciate it!

Have you tried calling your provider? Sometimes they can help troubleshoot or reset your connection remotely.
That sounds frustrating! I get that you’d want to call them, but without a connection, that's tough. Have you looked into using Wi-Fi calling? It might let you reach them without needing cellular data.
