Hey everyone! I recently dual-booted Ubuntu on my Lenovo Legion laptop, but honestly, my experience hasn't been great, and I ended up going back to Windows while I search for a better Linux distribution. I'm hoping to get some advice from those who might have faced similar issues. Here are the main problems I encountered:
1. **Screen Resolution**: My display resolution is 2560x1600, but in Ubuntu, the 100% zoom is too small and the 200% is too large. I tried using a custom zoom level, but it just makes everything lag. I'm perfectly fine with 150% on Windows, and I wish I could replicate that in Ubuntu.
2. **Bluetooth Issues**: My Bluetooth isn't working at all. It seems like my laptop uses the same card for both WiFi and Bluetooth, and it has been a struggle to get it operating. I have some expensive Logitech devices that I can't use properly without dongles, and I'm not thrilled about needing to use those. Plus, Logitech doesn't have good Linux support, and while there are community alternatives, I'd much prefer to have Bluetooth functionality working.
I'm really eager to ditch Windows for good, but I'm facing some bumps along the way. Any tips or solutions you might have would be greatly appreciated!

For the screen resolution problem, you should try enabling fractional scaling if you haven’t already. It can help find that sweet spot between the zoom levels.
Also, if you can share your PC's product details and the specific version of Ubuntu you're using, that might help the community provide better assistance since Linux can be quite sensitive to the hardware and software configurations.
If you're using Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, consider upgrading to 25.10. This version supports fractional scaling better and may have newer drivers that fix your issues.

Thanks for the tip! I did try enabling fractional scaling, but it just made my system laggy and almost unusable.
