I've tried installing several Realtek audio drivers, but none seem to work right. For some reason, my headphones are being detected as speakers, which is super frustrating. I had a version that worked perfectly before but now everything I try doesn't fix the issue, even the official driver from my motherboard manufacturer hasn't helped.

Have you tried manually changing the device settings in Windows? Sometimes it helps to tell it exactly what you’re using, like setting your headphones to be recognized as headphones instead of speakers.
Can you share the make and model of your motherboard? It might help us find the right driver on the manufacturer's support site. It sounds like you might not have the correct one installed yet.
