Hey everyone! I'm really struggling with back pain from sitting at my desk for long hours. My current chair is super uncomfortable, which makes the situation worse. I'm considering investing in an expensive Aeron chair, but I'm hesitant because of the price tag and not sure if it's really worth it. I also checked out some options at IKEA and found a few that felt decent. I'm looking for advice based on your experiences: should I bite the bullet and buy a high-end chair, or can I get away with a budget chair? How do you guys manage back pain while coding? A good chair is important, but for me, regular exercise made a huge difference. I hit the gym 3-4 times a week and mix it up with squats and deadlifts. When I combine that with a decent ergonomic chair, my back pain has vanished.
