Hey everyone! I'm looking to upgrade from my NVIDIA 2060 Super, and I'm stuck between the ASUS 5070 priced at 560€ (the Ti version is over 800€) and the Sapphire RX 9070XT which is going for 660€ or the XFX version for 650€. I've read that the 5070 has less VRAM compared to the 9070XT, but it's also cheaper by about 100€. I live in France, and I want to use this GPU for gaming and some ML work with PyTorch, given that my current 2060 Super struggles with BF6 at 1080p/144Hz. I might even upgrade to 1440p/144Hz in the future. Any suggestions?

Definitely go with the 9070XT. It's way faster and has more VRAM, which will help with your gaming and ML tasks.
I’d recommend the 9070XT as well. The 5070 struggles with price-to-performance, and while I'm not sure what you’re gaming at, the 9070XT generally outperforms the 5070. Just make sure to consider what resolution and frame rates you want!

Are you kidding? The 5070 actually has solid price-to-performance! Prices vary, and if you can find a good deal on the 5070Ti, it could be a strong contender, especially if gaming at 1440p is in your sights!
