Why are some websites unreachable on my network?

Lately, I've been having issues accessing certain websites while connected to both Ethernet and WiFi. My connection seems stable since services like Gmail, Google Docs, and YouTube work without problems. However, sites like eBay and Discord are almost always inaccessible, and Twitter has joined the list recently. I sometimes manage to access these sites after refreshing, but they often become unreachable again within an hour. When I try loading them, I get messages like "site unreachable," "no internet," "connection reset," or "server IP address unable to be found." I've restarted my computer several times and checked my browser extensions. The only new content I've downloaded lately is some screenshots, so I doubt it's malware. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on?

Have you tried contacting your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to see if they're having any issues on their end? It might also help to test the connection on another device connected to your network. Oh, and don't forget to reboot your router and modem; sometimes that does the trick.

I just found out that the issue seems to be related to Google Chrome. The sites load perfectly fine on Safari, both on my PC and laptop.
