Why Can’t My PC Find My Starlink Wi-Fi Network?

I just set up my Starlink system, but my PC can't find any Wi-Fi networks. My mobile devices and PlayStations connect just fine, but my PC doesn't pick up anything. When I enable the hotspot on my phone, the PC detects that, but it can't find the Starlink networks at all. Normally, I use a LAN connection, but this Starlink router doesn't have an Ethernet port. We have the network split for dual channels, one for 2.4 GHz and the other for 5 GHz, but neither is showing up on my PC. I have an Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz adapter. Any ideas on what might be wrong?

It's odd that the Starlink router doesn't have Ethernet, I wasn't aware they made a model like that. You might want to double-check if the router is indeed set up properly. Also, ensure that your PC's Wi-Fi is turned on and that airplane mode isn't activated. Sometimes toggling the Wi-Fi adapter off and back on can help too.

How far is your PC from the router? If the router is just in the next room, it should typically show up. When your phone is connected as a hotspot, is it really close to your PC? Sometimes, distance or obstacles can impact connectivity. You might also consider changing the Wi-Fi channels on the router settings if that’s an option.
