Hey, I'm really frustrated and need some advice! It seems like Instagram has flagged my device, and no matter what I try, I can't get around it. Here's the situation: My old account was banned a few months ago because of a misunderstanding related to some content. Ever since then, every time I create a new account, it gets banned within minutes, even when I change my email, username, and reinstall the app.
I tried submitting my ID for account recovery, first a national ID and then a passport, but both were rejected without any clear reason. I also submitted a formal grievance and emailed Instagram's support for my region, but I've received no response.
Interestingly, Instagram works just fine on the work profile of my phone, so it feels like there's a flag on my main device profile rather than the entire phone or account. I haven't broken any rules, and I've followed all the official steps, yet I feel completely locked out without any explanation. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any way to get unflagged or to actually reach someone at Instagram who can help? Any advice would be appreciated, I'm really tired of being ignored!

Unfortunately, Instagram's banning practices can be really mysterious. The best thing to do is keep trying to contact them through the official channels. I know it’s frustrating, but sometimes they take ages to respond. You might want to consider trying to reach out on social media; sometimes they respond faster to public inquiries. Good luck!
I've tried that too and it seems hit or miss, but it’s worth a try!
Thanks, I’ll give social media a shot. Hoping for a faster response!
