Why Does Twitter Only Work in Incognito Mode on My Laptop?

I've been having a strange issue with my HP Pavilion laptop where Twitter only seems to function properly when I'm in Incognito mode on Chrome. When I try to use Twitter normally, I can't retweet, bookmark, like, or reply to anything, regardless of whether I'm on my phone (Samsung S20) or my laptop running Windows 11. My replies to some tweets are hidden, which makes me wonder if I've been shadowbanned. I also get a message about a daily action limit aimed at preventing spam when I try to engage with my account. Additionally, I can't access Twitter settings on my laptop but can do so on my phone. This has been ongoing for almost two months, and no other apps seem to have this issue. I'm really confused and would appreciate any guidance on what might be happening and how to resolve this issue.

Have you checked if you're using a VPN? Sometimes certain VPNs can interfere with website functionality, so it’s worth a look!

I don't use VPNs at all.

Try clearing your Chrome cache. It can sometimes fix weird issues like this. Just go to your settings and look for 'Privacy and Security' to find the option. Let me know if that helps!

Thanks, I'll give that a try!
