Recently, my Google search and Samsung Internet have unexpectedly switched to Russian. Everything was normal just a few hours ago, and now even my searches come with emojis, which is quite confusing. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you're using a VPN, try disconnecting it and connecting to a server based in the US or another English-speaking region. If not, you can reset your Google settings to English: go to Google.com, click on Settings, then Search settings, and select English for languages. Also, make sure to save changes.

It sounds like your IP might be geolocated in Russia. You can check your public IP location online. Sometimes, turning off your router for a few minutes and rebooting it can resolve the issue, as it may assign you a different IP. This could fix the geolocation error, but it'll likely sort itself out over time too. Just hang in there!

Are you using a VPN or something like that? If not, it might be detecting your traffic as being from Russia. You might need to check your regional settings. If that doesn’t work, you can try adjusting your Google settings by going to Google.com, scrolling down to settings, and changing the language preference to English.
