I've been experiencing really slow internet speeds on all my computers at home. It all started when my laptop failed to download a modpack from CurseForge; ever since then, every PC in the house struggles to load websites and download files. Interestingly, our phones are getting normal speeds during tests. When I check the speed on my computers, I get strange results: normal upload speed (519.9 Mbps) but abysmally low download speed (0.19 Mbps). I've reset the router and modem, updated network drivers, and tweaked various settings on my PCs but nothing seems to work. I've tried multiple speed tests, and they all show the same issue. Can anyone offer some advice?

Make sure there isn’t anything running in the background that could be hogging bandwidth, like Windows updates or the CurseForge launcher downloading files. Check your Task Manager for anything taking up network resources. If your router has Quality of Service (QoS) settings, try disabling that for a bit. You could also reset your network settings via an Admin command prompt by running these commands:
`netsh int ip reset`
`netsh winsock reset`
`ipconfig /flushdns`
Then reboot your computer and router for good measure. That might help!
First off, it would help to know what kind of internet connection you're using—are you on wired or Wi-Fi? Have you reached out to your ISP about the slow speeds?
We're using Glo Fiber Wi-Fi and have tried contacting them, but we haven't been able to get through yet.

I’ve tried all those suggestions already and it didn't solve the problem. There’s no unusual network usage showing in Task Manager either, and the issue is affecting multiple PCs.
