Why is YouTube not working on Firefox?

I've been having a frustrating issue with YouTube on Firefox where it just won't load properly. I've tried clearing my cache and cookies, disabled all extensions, updated Firefox, and even restarted my PC. I also updated my graphics drivers, but nothing seems to help. YouTube works perfectly fine on Chrome and Edge, so the problem doesn't seem to be with my network. I also noticed that comments aren't loading. Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions for fixing it?

It sounds like a Firefox-specific issue since YouTube is working fine in other browsers. I'd recommend trying the Firefox Troubleshoot Mode to see if that helps. You can access it through the three-line menu at the top right, then go to Help and select Troubleshoot Mode.

Wtf, that fixed it?? How do I... make this permanent? (Or I suppose, make this work outside of Troubleshoot mode?)

I had a similar problem, and disabling Ublock Origin on the YouTube website did the trick for me. Since I have a premium account, I didn’t really need it there anyway. But it’s super annoying because now I can’t see videos on Reddit without going to YouTube to watch them.
