Hey everyone! I'm having trouble with my new AirPods Pro 3. Whenever I open the case, I don't get the usual pop-up that shows the battery life for both the earbuds and the case. This is my first time using AirPods, so I might not be setting something up correctly. I'm using an iPhone 13 mini with iOS 18.7, which is the latest version available to me right now, aside from the upcoming iOS 26 update. Any tips or advice would be really helpful! Thanks! 😀

I’m facing the same issue! My AirPods Pro 3 don’t pop up or show in 'Find My' either. I've got other AirPods (1, Pro 1, and Pro 2) that work fine, so it's frustrating. I've tried unpairing, repairing, and rebooting my phone, but nothing seems to fix it. I wonder if iOS 18.7 is the problem since it doesn’t support the latest features fully. You’d expect basic functionalities to work though!
Yeah, I saw a warning when connecting that said iOS 18.7 might not fully support them. It’s a bummer because I’m not ready to upgrade to 26, which sounds like it has its own issues.
On iOS 18.7, what about the accessibility features for AirPods Pro 3? Do things like Dolby Atmos and personalized spatial audio work? Accessibility is super important to me.
Personalized Spatial Audio does get set up when you first connect the headphones! I'm new to ANC/in-ear headphones, so I can't say much about the quality, but it's something!
I feel you, it’s super annoying. My Pro 2s work perfectly on both my iPhone and iPad, but the 3s are just not cooperating.
Exactly! I'm stuck at the final step trying to sync with Find My too. Entered the name and everything, but it just won't recognize them! It’s odd that such standard features aren’t functioning even on this update.
