I recently built my PC last summer and it was working fine until last night. Now, I'm stuck in a restart loop. After inspecting the tower, I found that a RAM stick was loose, and after reseating it, the system is more stable. However, I still experience crashes when starting most games, and my browser frequently acts up too. The restarts aren't happening as often, but they still occur occasionally. I've run Memtest and chkdsk, which didn't reveal any issues, and Task Manager looks normal aside from my ethernet usage being unusually high. I couldn't catch any photos or videos of the errors during the restart loop, but I suspect the RAM might still be a problem. Here are my specs: Intel i9-14900K CPU, 192GB memory, 1000GB SSD WD_BLACK SN850X, and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti. I even have dump files from around the time this started happening.

If you can, try unplugging the memory stick that was loose to see if the issue persists. Sometimes reseating isn't enough, and the RAM can still cause problems if there's a connection issue.
No luck? Bummer. Let’s keep troubleshooting!
It sounds like there could be some corrupted files causing your issues. Have you checked the Event Viewer for error codes? It might help you figure out what's going wrong.
I have the Event Viewer open, but I'm not sure what to look for. Any tips?

I'll give that a shot and let you know how it goes.
