How can I improve gaming performance on my PC?

Hey everyone! I'm currently getting around 100-150 FPS in CS2 and 60-80 FPS in Rust, depending on the map or server popularity. A couple of months ago, I was using a GTX 1650, and I actually saw better performance in Rust with that compared to my current RTX 3050. Here are my specs: I have an RTX 3050 OEM, an AMD Ryzen 5 4500, 16GB of Kingston Fury DDR4 RAM, and a 500GB M.2 SSD. I'm considering upgrading the CPU for better performance but I'm not sure which one fits best without causing a bottleneck. Any suggestions that would let me keep my graphics card?

Have you made sure all your drivers are updated? Check your GPU, CPU chipset, and BIOS. I know someone with an older Intel 6-core running CS2 at 200 FPS. Updating drivers might help you out a lot!

I updated my BIOS about a week ago, and I tried using "APPShop" for my CPU, but I can't open it. Do you know of another way to get drivers for the Ryzen 5 4500?
