I just bought a new gaming PC about a month ago, but I've been experiencing constant stuttering and lagging since the first week. This has happened while playing League of Legends, and now I'm having similar issues in Call of Duty on low settings. Everything is set to low, yet performance is not improving. I've shared two videos demonstrating the stuttering and lagging. Here are my PC specs:
- Case: MS MAG FORGE M100R ARGB Tempered Glass Windowed Mid Tower
- RAM: Kingston Fury Beast 32GB DDR5 (5600MHz)
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 8400F, 12 Threads, 4.7GHz Turbo
- Cooler: Thermalright Assassin X120
- GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 5060 TI 8GB
- Motherboard: MSI PRO B840M-B AM5
- PSU: FX Pro 600W, 80 Plus Bronze
- SSD: Kingston NV3 1TB NVME M.2 Gen 4
I'm really hoping for a fix without having to return the PC. Any ideas?

You might want to try running your RAM at default speeds instead of XMP. I had similar issues when mine was set to 3600 MHz, and dropping it to 2666 MHz fixed my stuttering completely. Just a thought!
Have you checked your CPU and GPU temperatures during gaming? You should also look at the clock speeds and usage while the game is running. If EXPO is enabled in your BIOS, it might be affecting performance too. Also, the Ryzen 5 8400F isn't the best for gaming; it has lower cache and PCIe lanes compared to other CPUs. If the problems started right out of the box, contacting customer support was definitely a good call.

I contacted them, and they just gave me some generic troubleshooting steps that worked temporarily but didn’t fix the underlying issue. I've replaced the cooling, but I'm seriously considering sending it back for a refund after paying £900 for this.
