I received an email alerting me to unusual activity on my Microsoft account, suggesting I check recent logins. When I tried to log in, I encountered an error message saying I should try with a different device or authentication method. I'm unsure if my account has been hacked or if there's another issue at play. I really need some guidance on what steps to take next to secure my account.

Be careful with those emails! If you clicked a link in that email, you might have been phished. It's best to avoid clicking links and going directly to your account through a browser instead. But if you authenticated correctly, that's a good sign!

I actually made sure to sign in through Google like I usually do, so I think I avoided the phishing attempt. After trying for about 10 minutes, I finally got in and changed my password. However, I noticed two logins from India and Slovenia that I didn't authorize. Any idea how that could happen?
