I'm trying to recover a Hotmail email account I made about 14 years ago, but I've hit a wall. I can't remember any of my login info, and since I was underage at the time, there's a chance I used a fake birthday. I even got hacked shortly after starting college in 2012. I've been working with Outlook's recovery options, but it feels like they're treating me like a hacker instead. Is there any way to retrieve my old account without going through that frustrating recovery form?

Honestly, if the automatic recovery options aren't helping, it might be a lost cause. Those older accounts can be tricky to recover, especially if there's any suspicion on their end.
If I remember correctly, Hotmail transitioned to Live, and then to Outlook. You might want to try logging in through those old domains. However, keep in mind that accounts can get deactivated after long periods of inactivity, so it might not be successful.
You could consider just creating a new email account. It might be easier than trying to dig up the old one, especially since it sounds like you're running into a lot of roadblocks.
Just a heads up, Hotmail and other accounts usually expire after two years of inactivity. If that’s the case, it’s likely gone for good.

Actually, I still have my Hotmail account, and they didn't completely phase out the old domain. They still support those emails, just added more domains.
